The services of the Website are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. By using the Website, you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Website.

Returns and Exchanges

In-Store Purchases. In-store purchase of product mat be returned or exchanged at Renewlogie Med Spa within 7 days of purchase, with receipt and untampered packaging.

in addition, you may initiate a return or exchange of product purchased in store, by emailing info@renewlogiemedspa.com.

Online Purchases. Products purchased online via our website are final sale, and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

Services; No Guarantee; No Refunds. Purchase made for services either online or in store are non refundable. Renewlogie Med Spa may, in its sole discretion, provide credit for use toward other services or product.

Cancellation Policy.

All cancellations and amendments should be done at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
Any late cancellations or no-shows are subject to fees of $150.

Promotions. Renewlogie Med Spa will occasionally offer promotional opportunities to customers. These promotions are not applicable to prior purchases and no adjustments can be made. Renewlogie Med Spa has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time, and substitutions are not available for complimentary items being offered.

Gift Card Returns/Lost Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Your Gift Card should be considered and treated as cash. Lost cards will not be replaced.

Price List

All prices are subject to change without notice.

It may happen that the pricing information on the Services contains errors. We are not bound by our offer or any prices on the Services and we therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel your purchase in the event of spelling, pricing, or other errors on the Services, among other things.

Consultation Fees

As of October 1, 2023, there will be a consultation fee of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250/00) for all consultation appointments (the "Consultation Fee"). This Consultation Fee will be applied towards elected procedures should the patient proceed with the treatment plan prescribed by the physician at the time of the appointment. In the event the patient elects not to proceed with the treatment plan provided, the Consultation Fee collected will be deemed earned and applied strictly as a consultation fee.
